Start with clean and dry hair. Divide your hair into sections using a comb. Grab one section of the hair and wrap it around the wand. Hold it in place it using the clamp for a few seconds, then remove the wand. To create tight spiral curls, wrap smaller sections of the hair tightly around the rod and hold for a few seconds.
