How to Use:

The left and right foot sheet pouches are joined together when you remove the foot sheets from the package. Fold the pouches and cut through the top of both layers of the foot sheets (above the strap). Peel off the sticker from the strap and wrap the strap around your ankle to adjust the foot sheets. Your foot will easily slide through the opening. Leave it on for 60 to 90 minutes approximately. Take off the foot covers and thoroughly clean your feet. Allow dead skin to naturally flake off for 4 to 6 days before beginning the exfoliation process.
