How to Use:

Put some mascara on the brush, look up, and apply the wand at the base of your lashes. After lightly covering the base of your eyelashes with the brush, work the wand up toward the tips of your lashes. To prevent any clumping, be sure to coat the surface evenly and apply the product slowly. When you wish to remove the mascara because it is water-resistant, apply makeup remover.
