How to Use:

Wear the handband at the time of rolling to avoid hair entanglement with the massager. Cleanse your face and pat it dry before massaging. Take the roller out of the fridge for 1-2 minutes before use. Start rolling from the centre of your face to the periphery to stimulate lymphatic drainage. Repeat on your chin and forehead. The roller can also be used on other areas of the body to relieve discomfort.
