Start by prepping your skin with cleansing, moisturizing, and priming to ensure a smooth application and longer-lasting results. For the best effect, use PAC Spotlight Moisturizer and PAC Spotlight Primer. Next, take the doe-foot applicator and apply a small amount of the waterproof concealer to the areas you wish to conceal, contour, highlight, or retouch. Blend the liquid concealer into your skin using your fingers, a makeup sponge, or a brush until it blends seamlessly and looks natural. For optimal results, use the PAC Classic Pink Sponge or PAC Concealer Brush 219.
